About the Role:

We are hiring Freshers under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). This program provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do

• Gain exposure to real-world operations in the insurance sector.
• Understand various insurance products and their applications, including coverage for assets, liabilities, and livestock.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams across the nation.
• Build practical skills, enhance your knowledge base, and upgrade your abilities to become industry-ready.

This apprenticeship is designed to equip you with the essential tools and skills for a successful career in the insurance industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum qualification is 12th Pass.
• Experience: Only freshers are eligible; no prior experience required.
• Other Requirements:
  • Must not have an existing ESIC/PF account number.
  • Must speak Hindi (English is not mandatory).
  • Candidates must be based in Noida or nearby locations.
• Attributes:
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Hard-working, sincere, and ambitious.
