JOB PURPOSE:

We seek an experienced Product Quality Analyst to oversee product design, coding checks, UAT, and benchmarking to uphold quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct quality checks on product design to meet specifications and user standards.
2. Verify coding structure for functionality, security, and efficiency.
3. Lead UAT processes, document findings, and ensure issue resolution.
4. Perform competitive benchmarking to maintain industry standards.
5. Monitor portal performance and coordinate with developers for issue fixes.
6. Maintain records of quality checks and prepare reports on improvements.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on quality requirements. 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in quality analysis of web platforms; job portal experience preferred.
3. Understanding of product design and UI/UX standards.
4. Proficiency in coding and quality-check tools.
5. Experience in UAT and issue tracking.
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of benchmarking practices.
