We are looking for an Architect and Interior Designer to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction till execution. The person will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion.
- Creating and building highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD), 3D MAX applications.
- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
- Ability to manage a team or labor.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- Must be comfortable with Site supervision, Vendor Management & Material Management.
- Traveling would be required to visit sites, to meet vendors or for the negotiation purpose.
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
- Comfortable with working - long hours, weekends, under time and budget pressure.
- Self-organized, project management and planning skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks.

 Preferred qualification: 
- Graduate in B.Arch.
- Architecture and Architectural Design skills.
- Software Development and Integration skills
- Excellent project management skills, Team Handling, and leadership skills.
- Experience with all phases of the design process from planning to construction.
