Fresher : CTC - Rs. 16734/- & In-hand - Rs. 11614/- (Including PF & ESIC)

Exeperiance 1 - 2 Years : CTC - Rs. 17213/- & In-hand - Rs. 11987/- (Including PF & ESIC)

Exeperiance more than 2 Years : CTC - Rs. 17601/- & In-hand - Rs. 12258/- (Including PF & ESIC)

Other Benefits:

Monthly Attendance Bonus: upto Rs.3600/-

OT - Rs.130 to 137 per Hour

Night Shift Allowance: Rs.15 Per Hour (12:00 AM to 07:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical or electrical components .
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and semi-automated machinery.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Report defects or malfunctions to supervisors 

Skills Required:

• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow SOPs.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine handling.
