We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of the bridge construction industry.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM system.
• Prepare and process sales quotes, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the engineering and project management teams.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track industry trends.
• Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to inform management decisions.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns
