We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Executive head to join our team in the lubricant oil industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with distributors, dealers, and other channel partners to drive sales and increase market share.  

Key Responsibilities:-

Channel Development: Identify and recruit new channel partners, including distributors and dealers, to expand the company’s market reach.

Sales Management: Achieve sales targets and objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and managing the sales pipeline.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs, providing feedback to the management team.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance their performance.

Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, materials, and events to support channel sales initiatives.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
