I. Job Purpose

As a Maintenance Technician in the sheet metal fabrication industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities. This vital role requires expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

II. Job Description

1. Perform PM and B/D maintenance like Electroplating plating machines, Rectifier, Powder coating machines and Hot water generator .
2. Knowledge in general electrical troubleshooting
3. Daily Records and Autonomous check list to be maintain
4. Conduct routine activities and general maintenance for support for if plumbing and mechanical issue .
5. Knowledge in PLC and SCADA and Lab equipment’s troubleshooting
6. Should be knowledge in fabrication machines like Mig welding and press brake, Pem machine .
7. Performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks
8. Abiding by different safety measures and policies
9. Basic computer skills
10. Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment’s

III. Required Skills/Qualifications

• Diploma Electrical / ITI Electrical With 1 or 2 year experience.
• Salary: 18k To 22K
• Experience : Minimum 1 year
• Diploma/ITI Electrical
• Category NAPS
