Job Tittle: Pipeline Subsea Engineer

Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech or / M. Tech

Location : Bangalore,Mumbai, Chennai,Hyderabad,

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering design, analysis, and verification of subsea pipelines and related systems (risers, manifolds, tie-ins, umbilicals, etc.).

• Develop pipeline routing, wall thickness calculations, and stability analysis following DNV, API, and ASME standards.

• Prepare design documentation, specifications, data sheets, and technical reports.

• Participate in FEED (Front End Engineering Design), detailed engineering, and construction support.

• Conduct installation engineering and support offshore operations (laying, trenching, tie-in, testing, and commissioning).

• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors for fabrication, installation, and inspection activities.

• Perform pipeline integrity assessments, including corrosion monitoring, pigging operations, and repair planning.

• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and quality standards throughout all project phases.

• Support cost estimation, risk analysis, and scheduling for subsea and pipeline projects.

• Assist in technology evaluation and implementation for subsea systems optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Ocean, or Offshore Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

• 3–8 years of experience in subsea or pipeline engineering (design and/or installation).

• Knowledge of subsea design codes and standards: DNV-ST-F101, API 1111, ASME B31.8, ISO 13628.

• Proficiency in engineering software such as ANSYS, OrcaFlex, Caesar II, ABAQUS, AutoPIPE, or SAGE.

• Strong understanding of offshore installation methods (S-lay, J-lay, reel-lay, trenching, and burial).

• Familiarity with materials selection, cathodic protection, and corrosion control.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
