Job Title: ITI Welder – Fresher

Department: Production / Fabrication

Location: Wagle, Industrial, Estate Thane Maharashtra

We are looking for an ITI-qualified Welder (Fresher) to join our production team. The candidate will assist in welding, fabrication, and assembly work under the supervision of senior welders and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in welding and fabrication of metal components as per drawings or instructions.

• Operate basic welding equipment such as arc, MIG, or TIG machines.

• Follow safety standards and use proper protective gear while working.

• Prepare materials and tools required for welding work.

• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area.

• Support senior welders and technicians in day-to-day operations.

• Learn and adapt to different welding processes used in the company.

Qualification:

• ITI in Welder Trade from a recognized institute.

Experience:

• Fresher (0–1 year of experience can also apply).

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.

• Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings.

• Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
