Job Description:

As a NATS Trainee under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), candidates will undergo one year of practical training in the plant’s production and maintenance departments to gain hands-on industrial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production line operations and assembly work.

• Support maintenance and quality control teams in daily activities.

• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities.

• Follow safety and 5S standards within the plant.

• Learn about bearing manufacturing processes, material handling, and inspection.

• Maintain proper documentation of work activities and learning progress.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Production, Industrial Engineering).

• Pass-out Year: Recent graduates eligible for NATS registration.

• Training Duration: 12 months (as per Apprenticeship Act).

Stipend:

• Diploma Trainees: ₹18,000 + ₹1,500 DBT (Direct Bank Transfer)

• B.Tech Trainees: ₹20,500 + ₹4,500 DBT (It usually takes 2 to 3 months after joining for the first DBT payment to start reflecting.)

Working Hours:

• 8 hours/day (rotational shifts may apply)
