We're seeking an experienced Tourism and Hospitality Trainer to join our team! As a trainer, you'll be responsible for imparting industry-relevant skills and knowledge to candidates, enabling them to succeed in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training programs for tourism and hospitality professionals

- Develop curriculum and training materials for various roles, such as front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage service

- Conduct workshops, lectures, and hands-on training sessions

- Assess candidate performance and provide constructive feedback

- Collaborate with industry experts to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service, and tourism management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs

Qualifications:

Diploma in Travel and Tourism

Bachelor's degree (Graduation) in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Postgraduate degree (Master's) in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (desirable)

Experience 

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry or Teaching 

Age 

18 to 37yr
