Skill:

• Experience in CNC & VMC Machine Operating is highly preferred

JD & KRA for the Candidates

• Setup and Calibration: Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work orders to determine machine settings and specifications. Set up, adjust, and calibrate equipment (e.g., speed, feed rate, temperature) before starting a job.

• Operation: Start and run the machines, ensuring materials are loaded correctly, and the equipment is functioning within specified parameters. Monitor operations for unusual sounds, excessive vibration, or warning indicators.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose basic operational faults, material issues, or minor mechanical malfunctions. Implement immediate corrective action or report issues to maintenance or supervision promptly.

• Documentation: Accurately record production data, including run times, quantities produced, material usage, and any downtime or issues encountered, using logs or digital tracking systems.

Working Hours (Shift Timings) - 8 Hours on 6 working days

Salary - CTC Rs. 20,000/- Per Month (ncluding PF & ESIC)

In-Hand - Rs. 16,500/- Per Month

Canteen : Tea & Snacks Free during working hours & Rs.26 Per Meal

Transport: Free (Fixed route)
