Job Title: Supervisor / Warranty Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor / Warranty Assistant to oversee warranty activities with Indian Railways. The role involves managing manpower systems, ensuring warranty closures as per contractual and financial requirements, coordinating with site teams, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires frequent travel across India for complaint resolution and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty processes and ensure timely closure in line with contractual and financial requirements.
• Handle manpower management activities.
• Coordinate with site teams and ensure smooth execution of warranty tasks.
• Travel pan-India to attend warranty complaints.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for financial operations.
• Communicate effectively with Indian Railways through letters and documentation.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Up to 2 years of experience in the railway field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret railway drawings.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
• Willingness to travel extensively pan-India.

Location: Pan India (extensive travel required)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
