Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Automotive Sales Executive Trainer for our Learning and Development (L&D) team at Vision India. Trainer will be responsible for implementing effective learning programs to foster continuous development of the trainees/ job aspirants. This role will focus on enhancing student skills, Domain knowledge, and aligning Trainee for placement as industry requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people development, a proven track record in training management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct interactive training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
2. Provide demonstrations on handling customer queries, negotiations, and closing deals.
3. Teach fundamental concepts of automotive sales, including product features, benefits, and competitor analysis.
4. Explain company policies, products, and services to ensure trainees are well-informed.
5. Use various teaching techniques, including role-playing, simulations, workshops, and digital learning tools.
6. Design scenarios for real-world sales interactions to prepare trainees for on-the-job challenges.
7. Assess trainees' progress through practical assessments, written exams, and hands-on evaluations.
8. Provide constructive feedback to trainees to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
9. Maintain accurate records of trainee performance and certification status.
10. Ensure training content aligns with industry best practices and company requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Gather feedback from trainees on training effectiveness and content.
2. Generate reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
3. Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure a cohesive training strategy.
4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, HR, and trainees.

Requirements:

1. Experience in automotive sales or training.
