Job Profile Apprenticeship:

• Trainees/Apprenticeship are undergoing one year  training program  in Operating Pressure Die Casting Machines, CNC Machines as well as involved in Quality and Maintenance Activities.
• Work in Production/ Maintenance / Quality and Die Maintenance Department.

Salary Structure:

Urse & Akrudi  Location in Pune:

• CTC – Rs 16,500 Per Month Incl. PF & ESIC.
• In-Hand - Rs. 15,314 Per Month  (Post deduction of Canteen Charges Rs. 1,186 Per Month)

Benefits:

• Attendance Bonus and Proficiency Allowance is based on the Trainee’s attendance and performance. In addition to the above they are also eligible for getting subsidized canteen & transport facility.
• Trainees are eligible for 12 Days Sick Leave and 15 Days Casual Leave in One year Training period.
• Training Completion letter on last day of training.

Working Hours: 8 hours Shift & 6 days working (with 2 refreshment breaks)
Eligibility criteria:

• Age 18 - 26 yrs
• Minimum weight should be 50 kg.
• Experience: Fresher -Must be a fresher
• Must be medically fit to work
