Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our Personal Loan Telesales division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in tele sales, specifically in the personal loan sector. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable loan solutions while delivering an excellent sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote personal loan products.
  • Clearly explain loan features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored loan solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate, professional assistance.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up on leads from various sources to ensure successful conversions.
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in tele sales, specifically in the Personal Loan Division.
  • Education: 12th pass (PU) or higher education qualification.
  • Strong communication and sales persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in regional languages (Kannada) and/or English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
  •  Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
