Qualification:
· 1 to 2 years of total experience (Mandatory to have at least 1 year on ground technical experience in Power Distribution).
· Diploma (Electrical or Electronics)/ B.Tech (Electrical or Electronics) or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
· 2 Wheeler along with a valid driving license.
· Smart Phone with android OS, 6GB RAM & 128 GB Internal Memory to feed the consumer and smart meter data in the GMR App
Job Description:
· Facilitate outsourced agencies in their identified areas of operations
· Technical Support in various smart meter installation operations such as consumer surveys, consumer indexing, meter installation, operations and maintenance those carried out by Technicians/Helpers.
· Steer consumer interactions and enable quick resolutions of technical issues / grievances.
· Ensuring the committed targets are met.
· Quality Checks of meter installation, consumer indexing, and O&M.
· Co-ordination with stakeholders i.e. DISCOM, Consumer, Field Team.
Salary:
• CTC: Rs.17,558/- (Including PF & ESIC) Inhand: Rs.13,599/-
Travel Allowance Rs 2500 per month (Only if own vehicle is used) & Mobile Bill Allowance - Rs.300/-

Incentive Benefits Monthly Basis:
- Meter Installed by the Team Between 3001 to 3100 - Incentive Amount will be Rs.2000/-
- Meter Installed by the Team Between 3101to 3250 - Incentive Amount will be Rs.3000/-
- Meter Installed by the Team Between 3251to 3500 - Incentive Amount will be Rs.4000/-
- Meter Installed by the Team Between more than 3500 - Incentive Amount will be Rs.6000/-
