Job Description:

Position: Telecaller
Experience: 1 Year experience required in Telecalling
Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, confident, and target-driven approach.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Fluency in any additional regional language is an advantage (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada/Gujarati/Bengali).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2C sales is mandatory.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in building rapport over the phone.
• Comfortable handling objections and closing deals.
