Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems and equipment.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Repairs: Perform repairs and replacements of mechanical components to ensure optimal performance.

• Equipment Installation: Assist with the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.

• Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and repair histories.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production, quality, and engineering, to address mechanical issues and support operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in maintenance activities.
