Training Location: Training in Basudevpur Chaputa, Hajipur, Vaishali, Bihar (बासुदेवपुर चपुटा, हाजीपुर, वैशाली, बिहार में प्रशिक्षण)

Job Location: Maharashtra or Gujarat (post-training) (महाराष्ट्र या गुजरात (प्रशिक्षण के बाद))

Reporting To: Nurse or Medical Supervisor (नर्स या चिकित्सा पर्यवेक्षक)

Salary: 10870 (Inhand) + PF & ESIC + Bonus of Rs. 984/-

This is a Training cum Job Placement Program designed to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge to become General Duty Assistants (GDA) in the healthcare sector. The program includes a 7 Day's residential training course at our skill center in Hajipur, Vaishali, Bihar, with free food and lodging provided by Vision India. Roles and Responsibilities (Post-Training) भूमिकाएँ और जिम्मेदारियाँ (प्रशिक्षण के बाद)

• Patient Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility; report condition changes. (रोगी की देखभाल: स्नान, संवारने, खिलाने और चलने-फिरने में सहायता करना; स्थिति परिवर्तन की रिपोर्ट करें)
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness; follow infection control and waste disposal protocols. (स्वच्छता एवं सुरक्षा: स्वच्छता बनाए रखें; संक्रमण नियंत्रण और अपशिष्ट निपटान प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करें)
• Healthcare Support: Help with admissions, discharges, documentation, and equipment handling.(स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सहायता: प्रवेश, छुट्टी, दस्तावेज़ीकरण और उपकरण प्रबंधन में सहायता)
• Emergency Support: Provide basic life support under supervision. (आपातकालीन सहायता: देखरेख में बुनियादी जीवन सहायता प्रदान करें)

Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मापदंड)

• Education: Below 10th, 10th, 12th or Graduate (10वीं, 12वीं या स्नातक)
• Age: 18+ 
• Willingness to work in Maharashtra or Gujarat post-training (प्रशिक्षण के बाद महाराष्ट्र या गुजरात में काम करने की इच्छा)
