Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and skilled Architect to join our team at Urbanfeat Construction India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with expertise in industry-standard software. This role will involve developing design concepts, overseeing projects, and working closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create, design, and develop architectural plans, layouts, and models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray.
• Project Management: Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Compliance: Ensure designs and construction meet regulatory codes and standards.
• Problem Solving: Identify and solve design issues to improve functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics of the structures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in architecture or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes.
• Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Strong project management abilities.
