Job Description
  1.       Answer & screen telephone calls and arrange conference calls if required
  2.      Greet scheduled visitors and conduct to appropriate area or person
  3.      Read and rout incoming mail. Locate and attach appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by CMD
  4.      Take dictation and type correspondence to internal as well as external parties
  5.      Compose and type routine correspondence
  6.      Arrange and coordinate business/personal/family travel schedules and reservation
  7.     Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities and record and transcribe minutes of meetings
  8.     Collate information and prepare reports, briefing notes and presentations by coordinating with the concerned departments
  9.     Organize and maintain file system, file correspondence and other records and make copies of correspondence or other printed materials as required.
