We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create functional and visually appealing spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will work closely with clients and our team to bring design concepts to life, while staying within project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop mood boards, design plans, sketches, and 3D renderings using design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and V-Ray.
• Select appropriate furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes that align with the overall design aesthetic.
• Prepare detailed design proposals, presentations, and specifications for client approval.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring designs are executed within budget and delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of design projects.
• Conduct site visits to oversee the installation of design elements and ensure the quality of work meets the design standards.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes, as well as accessibility standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and project management.
• Proficiency in design software like SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, materials, furniture design, and spatial arrangements.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for working with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
