Field Collection Officer - Non Graduates 

·        Field visits to Customer address allotted by the Bank.

·        Collection of outstanding dues towards Credit Cards and Loans ( Personal loan, Two-wheeler, Consumer Durables)

·        To represent the Bank and follow the Code of Conduct guidelines prescribed by RBI.

·        To achieve the monthly collection targets set by the Bank.

·        To Locate and trace the Right address and the Right party.

·        To update all relevant details of the visit in the mobile app provided.

         Place of work /Locations

·        Maharashtra – Mumbai / Navi-Mumbai/ Pune/ Kolhapur/ Solapur/ Nagpur/Nashik/Amrawati

·        Gujarat – Ahmedabad/Surat/Vadodara/Anand

         Skills and requirements

·        Good communication in local language -- Essential

·        Should have a smart phone and Two-wheeler – Essential

·        Good negotiation skills -- Essential

·        Familiarity with the local address , roads, lanes and landmarks - Essential

·        DRA (trained / certified) --- Optional

·        Minimum age – 18 Yrs

·        Police Verification -- Positive

        Qualifications

·        10th or 12th Passed
